Turkey Meatballs Recipe: Ingredients: - Ground Turkey 1 lb - Shiitake Mushrooms Shredded 3 caps medium size - Carrot Shredded 1 medium - Eggs 1 whole + 1 egg white - Cilantro 1/2 bunch - Fresh Basil 5-6 leaves - Salt 1/2 tsp - Red Crushed Pepper 1 tsp or to taste (I like it spicy) - Olive oil for baking tray 1/2 cup - Fresh Parmesan Flakes for garnishing (optional) Sauce: Arrabbiata Sauce - two cups OR Blend 3-4 large heirloom tomatoes with some salt and pepper :-) How to: Combine all the ingredients until a consistent mix.
