Poor Diet Diet plays a major impact on your health, especially all of your hormones, including your testosterone. You want to avoid packaged foods, soy, low fat and low carbohydrate diets. You want to reduce your sugar intake, especially high fructose corn syrup. This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. If you didn’t already know, testosterone is the primary hormone that increases your libido, sex drive and “muscle size”. Unfortunately, this hormone starts to decrease around the age of 25. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. A longer ring finger compared to your index finger is considered a “low 2D:4D ratio.” Oddly enough, the ring finger seems to have a higher number of receptors for testosterone during early fetal development. Thus, the ring finger grows in proportion to the amount of testosterone produced. The more testosterone produced, the lower the eventual 2D:4D ratio. Interestingly, the 4th digit of the right hand is more sensitive to fetal testosterone than the ring finger of the left hand, so use your right hand to appraise your Testosterone levels. Typically you have low testosterone, high female and stress hormones. And I’ve mentioned this in the past… However, there’s also a secondary reason that can’t and shouldn’t be ignored and that has to do with poor blood flow and circulation - throughout your body, but more specifically to your penis. By this he means that most people are “unknowingly” making the wrong lifestyle choices every day and thus, the “bad habits”. And that’s what I quickly want to discuss today - 3 clinically proven and simple changes you can make right away, that’ll naturally improve your blood flow and circulation and thus, not only improving your erections. 3 Clinically Proven Ways To Increase Blood Flow & Improve Your Erections =-=-=-=-=- 1 - DIET Diet obviously plays a big role in improving your blood flow and reducing plaque buildup. The good news is that it’s never too late to eat a healthier diet. Just as years of bad eating can damage your body, good eating can help heal it and it can happen quickly. Add more “healthy” fats to your diet. These are typically mono and poly unsaturated fats. They’re found in foods like olives, raw seeds and nuts, avocados, and fish. These should be RAW and uncooked. You should lift weights and do cardio - both are needed. And in my opinion, “resistance exercise” is more important than cardiovascular. And I say “warning signs” because low testosterone … or “not optimal” testosterone levels as I like to call it, is directly linked to many disease and health alilments2: High cholesterol Diabetes Thyroid problems High blood pressure Depression Memory loss Prostate cancer Osteoporosis etc Simply stated, low testosterone is causing you to age faster. So I’m going to quickly list the top 7 signs that you have low testosterone and then one of my favorite, natural solutions. 1 -- Low Sex Drive / Libido One of the biggest signs is that you have low libido. This includes physical and/or emotional drive. So, don’t think it’s just limited to erectile dysfunction or a physical “urge”. 2 -- Depression of Feeling “Unmotivated” Like I said, your brain has testosterone receptors also and thus, low testosterone leads to a lack of drive in life, not just sex. Psychological factors are responsible for about 15%-20% of all cases of erectile dysfunction (ED) Sometimes this is due to a secondary reaction to an underlying physical cause. In some cases, the psychological effects of ED may stem from childhood abuse or sexual trauma. 6 psychological causes of Erectile Dysfunction... STRESS Stress comes in many forms. Sometimes it’s job or money related. Sometimes it has to do with the current relationship(s) you’re in -- intimate or friendships. Constant worry, negative thoughts, lack of sleep and even physical stress all cause a change in your “brain chemistry” due to a change in your hormones by increasing your “stress” hormone, Cortisol. Depression can cause ED even when a man is completely comfortable in sexual situations. When you’re depressed, you don’t have the “drive”, both in and out of the bedroom. Similar to anti-anxiety drugs, anti-depressant medications only make ED problems worse. LOW SELF-ESTEEM This can be due to prior episodes of ED, thus a feeling of inadequacy. Or it can be the result of other issues unrelated to sexual performance. You may have low self-esteem because of how you look naked or how much money you make or the kind of job you have or other superficial factors. You may also have low self-esteem if you’re comparing yourself to your woman’s past -- previous boyfriends, sexual experiences, etc. Also, statics show that men who watch a lot of porn, tend to have low self-esteem due to the size of their penis -- “is mine big enough?...”, which causes even more mental stress and anxiety. INDIFFERENCE This may come as a result of age and a subsequent loss of interest in sex, stemming from problems in a couple's relationship. If there’s a lack of effort to be affectionate or sexual by both people in the relationship, psychologically you just stop caring, wanting or even thinking about “sex”. Summary As stated in the beginning of today’s video, your mind is your “biggest sexual organ”. We all have things that turn us on or off. Fetishes and so forth. If you’re not in a positive place psychologically, your body will react accordingly. Trichomoniasis Trichomoniasis, colloquially known as trich, is an STD caused by the parasite Trichomonas vaginalis. According to the World Health Organization, three are 160 million new cases of trich every year around the world, with between 5 and 8 million infections occurring in the US alone. The disease is most often spread through vaginal, oral, or anal sex, but it can also spread through genital touching. While trich can be easily treated with antibiotics, the parasite damages the inner lining of the vagina which increases a woman’s risk of getting HIV/AIDS and can also lead to chronic inflammation of prostate in men which may eventually lead to prostate cancer. Methods of prevention include sexual abstinence, using condoms, not douching, and getting tested for STDs with each new partner. 9. Genital Herpes Genital herpes is an infection caused by herpes simplex virus and one of the most common STDs in the world. Most infected people don’t experience any symptoms, but when symptoms do appear they typically include small blisters that break open to form painful ulcers on the genital area. Even though genital herpes is most contagious when symptoms are present, it can still be passed to others in the absence of symptoms. The onset is usually around 4 days after exposure and symptoms can last up to 4 weeks. In addition to painful blisters, an infected person may also experience itching and burning sensation, discharge, fever, headache, muscle pain, enlarged lymph nodes, and general feeling of discomfort. Women also experience additional symptoms such as painful urination and inflammation of the cervix. Genital herpes cannot be cured and infection usually recurs four to six times per year. Complications are rare but may include bladder problems, meningitis, and an increased risk of HIV/AIDS. As with most STDs, prevention includes abstinence, using condoms, and only having sex with partners who have tested negative for HSV. 8. Crabs Pubic lice, better known as crabs, are parasitic insects that primarily infest the pubic or genital area of humans. Nits and live lice are often visible to the naked eye and adult lice can sometimes be seen crawling on the skin. In most cases, crabs are transmitted through sexual activity but nonsexual transmission is also possible. For example, a person can get crabs from sleeping in an infested bed, using infested towels, wearing infested clothing, or rarely by using an infested toilet seat. The main symptom of crabs is intense itching in the pubic-hair area, which gradually becomes stronger over several weeks following infestation. This itching is caused by an allergic reaction to the saliva produced by the parasite, and usually starts about five days after a person gets crabs. Crabs are treated with both over-the-counter and prescription medications and several rounds of treatment are usually needed to kill all of the newly hatched nymphs. Sexual contact should be avoided until all signs of infestation disappear. People with more sex partners are at a greater risk of getting crabs and since condoms do not provide effective protection, the only way to reduce your risk is through abstinence or mutual monogamy with an uninfected partner. 7. Chancroid Unlike crabs, the next STD on our list is spread exclusively through sexual contact. Chancroid, also known as soft chancre, is a bacterial infection mainly found in developing countries and among low socioeconomic populations. You can watch that video after you watch this one - I’ve put a link below in the description area. But to get to the point, I mentioned you should NOT do cardio, you should lift weights and do so only 3-4x weekly - never more. Now, one question I got asked repeatedly was, “what if I workout 5-6x weekly, but just do one bodypart every time. Will this still increase my testosterone or will it lower it?” This is a good question and on paper, you would assume it works out the same. You can do your entire body in 3 workouts or 6 workouts - who cares, right? Well, over and over again I’ve tested this theory on myself… as well as so many of my other athletes. And the fact is that working out with weights almost every day (5-6x weekly) actually causes a decrease in testosterone because it increased cortisol - your stress hormone. And as cortisol goes up, testosterone goes down. And all of this has to do with recovery. Your muscles can recover very quickly - usually in about 48 hours. Your joints, tendons and ligaments take longer to recover … typically about 4-5 days or longer. And this because your muscles have better blood flow than your tendons. However, your nervous system (CNS) takes the LONGEST to recover - a week or longer. Thus, working out daily can be fine for your muscles, but NOT for your nervous system (CNS) So even though your bicep might be resting the entire week, your CNS never rests because it’s going to the gym daily and getting worn out. Do this for a few weeks and slowly you overtrain, lose strength, your cortisol goes up and testosterone comes down. Plus, when you’re only working out ONE body part at a time, you tend to push more and harder. Again, that’s fine for the muscle, but NOT for the CNS. However, if you want to workout more, you have a couple of options You workout 5-6x weekly, but do so for 2 weeks and then the 3rd week, do less by going only 3x weekly for a week. So more volume for 2 weeks, then lower volume for 1 week to allow your CNS to recover. Make sure you take supplements to increase your testosterone, while decreasing your stress hormones. Now you can do more and still protect your testosterone. This is how steroids work. ======================================== ========================================­ Thank you for watching.
