By this he means that most people are “unknowingly” making the wrong lifestyle choices every day and thus, the “bad habits”. And that’s what I quickly want to discuss today - 3 clinically proven and simple changes you can make right away, that’ll naturally improve your blood flow and circulation and thus, not only improving your erections. 3 Clinically Proven Ways To Increase Blood Flow & Improve Your Erections =-=-=-=-=- 1 - DIET Diet obviously plays a big role in improving your blood flow and reducing plaque buildup. The good news is that it’s never too late to eat a healthier diet. Just as years of bad eating can damage your body, good eating can help heal it and it can happen quickly. Add more “healthy” fats to your diet. These are typically mono and poly unsaturated fats. They’re found in foods like olives, raw seeds and nuts, avocados, and fish. These should be RAW and uncooked.
