Grass raised bison is great. Have a few ounces a week. But it’s not a food that’s going to improve blood flow. But it won’t make it worse either. However, regular COW meat has problems.

good video, i eat asparagus and garlic everyday, yes i can attest to the smell, i also eat salmon on a regular basis, i can attest i have cleared an artery with my diet , amazing how we eat ourselves to death these days :(

Yes, they are. Make sure it’s the extract. If it says “deodorized” and thus, doesn’t cause smell, it doesn’t work very well. That’s the bad part about garlic – it works, but makes you smell horrible

It’s not, but it’s unfortunate that you haven’t looked online to see what prices you can get it for. You only need 1-2 tablespoons daily. Secondly, it’s very sad to hear people put a price on their health. TRUST ME when I tell you that if you don’t take care of your health and invest in YOU, you’ll pay MUCH MORE Later when you get sick.

AVocado a day WORKS, 2 months. total chol fro 4.9 to 3.3.. also eat a half an apple, and a cup of lemon tea with Ginger and a shot of Tumeric. I take the equal of a clove of garlic a day

I enjoy your videos and want to say thanks for the feee info. i started the diets you suggest but I'm secind guessing the coconut oil. every study i see has nothing good to day about it. i still have it in my diet though. also, ive been putting it in my 100% cacoa drink that i heated up ( so i can handle eating it raw) . is that ok or does the heat ruin it?
