Probably the best thing to do is eat it as part of a healthy diet and lifestyle instead of treating it like a medicine with a specific dosage.
If you're eating lots of fruits and vegetables and eating watermelon 2 to 3 times a week, you are more than likely receiving sufficient citrulline (the ingredient in watermelon that helps the body to produce nitric oxide and keep blood vessels elastic & pliable). It is my understanding that the whiter parts of the watermelon (near the rind), has higher levels of citrulline.

Great Question Steve: Where I live, we don't always get fresh beets all year round, so sometimes I can only get beets that have already been boiled...that's just how they're sold.
In summer, I use fresh beets, sometimes I boil them, sometimes I grate them on a salad and sometimes we put slices in our burgers...it's an Aussie thing we do & it tastes great!
Good question....if you boil beets, you will probably lose some nutrients, so ideally you want raw beets.
However, some times of the year it is very difficult to find raw beets, so boiled or canned beets can be the next best thing.
If you want to cook beets, try steaming them so that the nutrients are sealed in.

i did not want to hurt your feelings.are you aware of how much miracle food stuff is rammed down our throats?why dont doctors and other medics recommend all those miracle foods.get them to push them.get famous people to endorse them.i dont think a patient with clogged arteries will get better just with this type of food.just very angry because there are a lot of people who try and find hope through things like this.very sick people.if you can really prove these miracle foods work push them as much as you can.

That's probably why we've got about 130 videos on our channel that talk about exercise, mindset, nutrition and a whole bunch of other topics related to Health and Well-being. Erectile dysfunction is usually just a symptom of deeper health issues and just doing 1 thing, like drinking a drink, wont solve long term lifestyle issues.
Yes but horse shit tastes so terrible and I couldn't find any research where it says horseshit improves erectile dysfunction....even though horse shit is plant based, unlike dog shit and cat shit.
Also, beets tend to taste a lot better than horse shit and other forms of shit and beets are very effective in allowing your body to produce Nitric Oxide to keep the blood vessels elastic and allow better blood perfusion to your organs.

Hey Paulo, libido is multifactorial with many causes and contributing factors....you may need to change your whole lifestyle. After all, low libido is not healthy.

That question has many variables: how long were you smoking for, how heavy a smoker were you, what is your general health like, are you overweight etc etc...smoking is just one variable, but an important one.

I ate salads from a whole month with raw spinach leaves. Everything that was suppose to go down went down and everything that was suppose to go up went up. My blood pressure went from 149/90 to 117/65. My sugar went from being over 600 to an average of 80-90. My bad cholesterol went down to normal and the Good cholesterol went up to normal. My a1c which was off the charts came down to normal. My blurred vision corrected it self. And yes I was able to perform better sexually.

Try your beets raw, cooking can destroy the production of Nitric Oxide in the food...or maybe examine why you NEED viagra in the first place...normal healthy men don't need viagra, it's not a vitamin or essential nutrient...and butter probably offsets the nitric oxide or contributes to the clogging of the blood vessels you are taking viagra to try and clear...just saying.
Viagra started out as a heart medication to improve bloodflow, but was taken off the market due to side effects and other associated risks. Erectile dysfunction is being used as a pre-diagnositc factor for heart disease in men. Good question Garrett. I always aim to use whole foods in their most natural form...ie: cook the beets myself is my top choice, precooked if I can't get fresh beets....powder is an option if the whole foods aren't available.
That's just my opinion, I haven't seen anything in the research that compares the two.

That's a possibility...but then there are a whole load of phyto-nutrients that are lost in the extraction process.
Whole foods are often more effective/with less side effects than extracts, hence the natural alternatives to viagra.
Try citrulline, try this and see what works best for you....remember, the ED is just a symptom of poor blood perfusion through the circulatory system
I haven't read any research to suggest whether it will provide an added benefit or not.
The key ingredients are in the video, as per Dr Peter Dingle's book.
My logical brain and a bunch of research says root ginger is a useful nutrient with many potential health benefits, along with all plant based foods...so logic and research suggests more plant based foods results in better overall health.
Other plant based foods that assist nitric oxide production are pomegranates and dark chocolate.
