This is all rather confusing. Raisins per other website.....too much sugar. Cacao per other website......high level of heavy metals in many cases. Oysters per other website........need to be from clean waters or again heavy metals. I love to eat all three. I guess all things in moderation is the answer.
The problem for me with cacao is its high content of arginine and that makes my cold sores to flare. Taking lysine does not prevent if I take both.
Problem with raisins is the high fructose content, promotes candida.
Love oysters, you need a good immune system as they are also full of bacteria.

Oysters, unfortunately, have a much higher risk for making you sick, and being potentially full of carcinogens because they are filter feeders. I would not recommend eating oysters, but they do taste delightful.
Man since I tried cocao nibs and powder I've become addicted to them especially the nibs can't eat normal chocolate anymore just taste like processed sugar and makes me ill even dark chocolate which was pretty much all I ate if I did eat chocolate. The information you give may be correct as far as boosting t levels is concerned however have you ever considered that it may just be more healthy to inject t than to poison yourself with fructose, or eat an animal that filters the water in polluted oceans, full of toxins and radioactivity, and raw cacao is famous for causing adverse reactions in people who have been on strict raw and vegan regimens. So all an all it may be far healthier to just inject t with some sesame seed oil than to eat the dubious foods you recommend in any quantities that would be reasonably effective.

I am still a bit unclear how these foods boost t-levels. Can they actually have an additional benefit if a person already gets all needed nutrients from a normal healthy diet. Christopher mentions also raisins and fructose. Isn't it quite easy to get enough sugars for your body in any case? And is it good to recommend eating fructose because of it's other non-beneficial properties?
