Someone needs to make a vid of the side effects of collagen. I didn't find out until it was too late that one of the side effects is cystic acne.
I noticed that instead of clear glowing skin, I was getting red cystic bumps and dark spots along my jaw line. When I inquired on the internet, I discovered others suffered from the same reaction.
I had already finished the 1 container and was 2 scoops into my 2nd container. I immediately stopped taking the collagen and am now in the process of healing my face and fading the dark spots.
Shame on me for not researching this product more thoroughly ahead of time.
Whoever is reading this, please learn from my experience and research collagen before taking it, especially if you are prone to acne.

I have hip pain, but months of collagen has done nothing to lessen it. Only difference is I'm gaining muscle when previously not taking it made no difference. My hair has started to regrow, but it's not down only to collagen - silica, keratin, milk thistle and stinging nettle suppliments.
There is something i dont understand, why is me and my brother are intolerent to Ashwagandha? After two days of taking it i become really irritable and pist off, depression .. ive tried different times and always the same, i like for the fact that you feel freakin no stress but i become really angry and depression, it doesnt do that to other people, do you think its because i have too much acetylcholine or why?:)

When you make chicken , save the carcass...freeze. When your ready to make your broth place in a pot of water and simmer on low....do not boil. ( up to 12 ours. season as desired. I use pink H salt , black pepper...onion , garlic. Strain in butter muslin for clear broth.
And with beef ask the butcher for beef bones ( grass fed etc....if you know a rancher who butchers ...even better). I season the bones add some water in the pan and roast bones on the oven for a couple hours , then place all in pot of water add pink H salt , pepper again simmer on low for around twelve hours.... Again strain for clear broth. I place mine in 2 quart mason jar (s) . Lasts in fridge for around three days. But it is so good youll drink it before then. I have used the bones twice to make two batches. Good stuff My broth gels nicely.
Seb Hazel ... It's very easy. Just take whatever meat you choose...prepare it by cutting out the bone and put them in a crock pot of broth or water. Let it cook all day and don't forget to season with garlic, Himalayan salt and other spices. Take the bones out and strain if desired. It's really good for making soups or just sipping on a cold day. Make sure your meat is organic...and refrigerate afterwards. Hope this helps you!
