This information is out dated. Soy is very bad for us unless it's the fermented type of soy like natto. Soy raises estrogen levels in men (soy boys) and messes up women with too mucy estrogen. Wrong! Soy is a GMO product full of herbicide. Fiber plays no effective roll in any diet. There is no proof that fiber reduces anything and actually could make you more susceptible to the diseases it’s actually supposed to prevent.Take vitamins K3 +D3 and eat plenty of Cruciferous vegetables.

Not all soy is a GMO. Of course if you're bloated and constipated, you need more fiber. However VitK and D3 are helpful.
